Ok, customer support finally responded to me with an answer: “Sorry, we don’t support Amcrest cameras.” Amcrest is a new camera maker, and it is a sister company to Foscam. They make high quality, high resolution products at a huge discount. IF this software would allow us to add a generic camera and define the mjpeg URL, then we could make any camera work.
